As per the Emigration Act 1983 , every candidate selected shall pay a sum of Rs.30000 + GST as service fee to KOSHY before the departure from India either through a Bank draft or online payment.
Working hrs, weekly rest, sick leave, cause of absence, injuries, disability and death , regarding termination of service , compensation etc..shall be governed by provision of the labour and workman’s law in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
